Bill Mauldin

This is a take off on a cartoon created by the famous Bill Mauldin of "Willie and Joe" fame, World War II. The Army has come a long way, and I felt exactly this way TOO many times while working at 10th Mountain Division Headquarters, especially when a SITREP was due.
